Refund policy

At Cherrying, we strive to ensure you love your purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or have had their protective seal removed cannot be returned or refunded.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. However, this right only applies to products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@cherryingbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
